1. Subscription & Billing
CrosswordSolverAnswers.com offers two subscription plans: Basic ($1.99/month, billed annually at $23.88) and Pro ($3.99/month, billed annually at $47.88). Payment is charged in full at the time of subscription for the entire annual period. Subscriptions automatically renew each year on your renewal date unless cancelled.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be honored. To request a refund, use the Billing link in the footer. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active and fully functional through the end of your current paid annual period. You will not be billed again after cancellation. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations after the 30-day guarantee window.
4. Auto-Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each year. You will receive an email reminder at least 7 days before your renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings or by contacting us, and your access will continue through the end of the period you paid for.
5. Use of Service
CrosswordSolverAnswers.com is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, or distribute access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
6. Changes to Service
We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
